We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, business contact information, organisation, enquiry, partnership interests and booking details. If you create a member account or post a public comment, the information you provide is used for those features; content you make public can be seen by others.
Wix hosts the website and handles our enquiry records and client files. The operating lead has access for business purposes. Wix also processes technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited and service activity to operate, secure and measure the website. General enquiry forms are not intended for sensitive client files. Contact us first to agree an appropriate transfer method.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential engagements and partnerships, arrange introductory discussions, provide agreed services, administer member features, maintain business records and protect the website. An enquiry is not consent to automatic marketing enrolment. Our standard is to seek separate express opt-in before promotional emails.

Retention, safeguards and your choices
Our retention standard is to keep unsuccessful enquiry records for no longer than 12 months after meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion or a legal preservation need requires longer. Client, engagement, financial and tax records have category-specific retention requirements; required Canadian tax records are generally kept for six years after the relevant tax year. Records are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed.
Access is for the operating lead's business purposes. Our standard is to limit access to what is needed, review permissions, and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Wix supplies platform protections, but no system or transmission is guaranteed secure. We do not claim that every technical control or deletion workflow has been independently audited.
You may ask for access, correction, information about our handling, or withdrawal of consent by contacting info@stonecareadvisory.com. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful limit on a request; withdrawal can affect the services we can provide. Privacy concerns go first to our operating lead. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca or the applicable privacy authority.
